On the first floor is the entrance hall, living room, kitchen and a toilet. The living rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is a TV with DVD at your disposal and also have two houses a wireless WiFi internet connection.

The open kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave and a vaatwasmachine.Via the sliding patio doors on the balcony, where you have a magnificent view of the Johan Friso Channel and the scenic Marina Stavoren.

On the second floor are three bedrooms.

Two bedrooms have double beds (bokspring) present. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. Then there is the spacious bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. On the ground floor is the boathouse and utility room with washer and dryer and the boathouse.
