From Utrecht: Take the A6 towards Almere, Lelystad and at Emmeloord follow the signs to Lemmer, Leeuwarden and Sneek. Take the Sneek exit (N359) and follow the signs to to Balk/Bolswaard. At the Balk roundabout, go towards Stavoren/Bolswaard and then take the Bakhuizen/Warns/Stavoren exit. Continue on through Hemelum until you come to Warms. Go right at the T-junction towards Stavoren and then take the first turn left towards Stavoren. This is the Middelweg. Watterrijck Stavoren is along this road on the right.

From Amsterdam using the Afsluitdijk:
Take the A7 towards Purmerend/Leeuwarden and follow the signs to Den Oever and the Afsluitdijk. After the Afsluitdijk continue on the A7 towards Bolswaard/Sneek. Exit the A7 at Bolswaard and take the N359. Go left at the end of the slipway towards Balk/Lemmer. At the Balk roundabout, go towards Stavoren/Bolswaard and then take the Bakhuizen/Warns/Stavoren exit. Continue on through Hemelum until you come to Warms. Go right at the T-junction towards Stavoren and then take the first turn left towards Stavoren. This is the Middelweg. Watterrijck Stavoren is along this road on the right.
